Cary, NC, September 16, 2022 – #1 seed Denis Kudla and #2 seed Jordan Thompson cruised into the semifinals after their straight-set wins today. Kudla has played multiple 3-set matches throughout the tournament but defeated #5 seed Facundo Mena 6-3; 6-1 in a 59-minute match. After the match, Kudla said he “came into this tournament looking for confidence and his match today helped with that.” #7 Michael Mmoh and #8 seed Dominik Koepfer also won today and will advance to the semifinals.

Doubles #1 seed Nathaniel Lammons and Jackson Withrow won an incredibly close match against Julian Cash and Henry Patten 1-6; 7-6(7); 10-6 after a 2-5 comeback in the second set. They will play #4 seed Treat Huey and J.P. Smith in the finals on Sunday afternoon.
