CARY, NC, July 22, 2021 – The quarterfinals of the Atlantic Tire Championships are set with five Americans securing spots.

American Mitchell Krueger defeated Aidan McHugh from Great Britain, 6-1, 7-6(2). In the match, Mitchell served well and won 89% of his first serve points.

Number 2 seed and last year’s Atlantic Tire Championships’ finalist, Prajnesh Gunneswaran (IND) advanced by defeating wildcard Sam Riffice (USA) 6-2, 6-4.

Rounding out the quarterfinalists were Argentine qualifier Genaro Alberto Oivieri and Ramkumar Ramanathan from India.
