Credential Request
All players and guests are required to have credentials. Guests should fill out our online credential form prior to arriving at Cary Tennis Park for the first time.
Guests will be notified when their credential has been made. You will need to show this confirmation to enter the facility.
Stringing
Cost: $14 labor/ racquet
Players will be asked to keep their credit cards on file during the tournament to pay for stringing services. Cards will be charged at the end of each day. Receipts can be sent upon request.
We encourage players to leave a reel of string at Player Services

Transportation will be provided between the airport and the hotel as needed.
- Small snacks, water and Gatorade will be available in the player area (located in the covered courts) beginning Sunday
Massage Services will be offered by The Sport of Massage. Cost is $25/30 minutes
They will be on site Monday and Tuesday from 12-6 and Wednesday from 3:30-8:30. Call Jenn at (919) 395-9435 to set up an appointment.
If you would like to be seen outside of those hours, you may schedule an appointment at their office (25 minute drive from the facility). Contact Jenn at (919) 395-9435 to schedule an appointment. Scheduling will be done in 30 minute increments.
